How is the market doing in Indiana in 2025?? Let’s dive in briefly!
Closed sales in Indiana are up 2% year-over-year.

Right now we have 2.8 months of inventory, revealing a more balanced market between buyers & sellers.
Median sales price is up 5% year-over-year showing strong value growth in Indiana in 2025.
Percent of list price received is currently at 94.6% showing a strong market for sellers while also revealing a bit more buyer-leverage than past years.

Indiananapolis, with more robust new listing growth, revels on average higher days on market (~30 DOM on average).

The days of the Broad Ripple AMC movie theater are coming to a close.

“Indianapolis developers Kite Realty Group Trust and Milhaus Development LLC plan to redevelop the site of a 25-year-old movie theater at Glendale Town Center into new apartments and townhouses.”
