  • Closed sales in Indiana are up 2% year-over-year.

  • Median sales price is up 5% year-over-year showing strong value growth in Indiana in 2025.

  • Percent of list price received is currently at 94.6% showing a strong market for sellers while also revealing a bit more buyer-leverage than past years.
